In particular, what really sets us apart from the competition is our ability to match risk and return through our 3 sub-prime auto finance programs, and our ability to limit credit losses through experience and technology. This translates into a benefit for the consumer because they are able to finance a reliable late model automobile, despite their lask of positive credit.
Our Strategy
Our strategy will be to offer the best, most highly personalized service in the marketplace we serve. Especially being a very small, owner-operated company, we intend to use this to our advantage to be absolutely certain that every one of our customers receives excellent service. We will go out of our way to make sure that our customers know that they truly matter to us. We intend to be very flexible in the way we provide service and to do whatever we can to accommodate our customer's needs. Employees who deal with customers will be carefully trained and will be given a wide latitude for insuring that customers are always satisfied.
Vision Statement
Our vision of what our company will become in the future is a publicly held retailer focused on the "Buy Here/Pay Here" segment of the used vehicle market operating in most major markets in the United States. Distinctive characteristics of the company will be the ability to match risk and return, limit credit losses through technology, and constantly educate our customers. We want to be though of as the firm that offers highly personalized service. Our goal is not necessarily to be the largest firm in our market - but instead the firm that really cares about the unique, individual needs of each of it's customers.
